| That same weekend. Time off to run and play with my sister Britt. This is so much more fun than the ring, but I have my job to do, and it shall be done! At least that's what my mom says. |

June 2005, Michaela achieves her Championship |

| Michaela achieved her championship and did very well with her short "specials" career, where on the Merritt/Vernon circuit at only 10 months old she went Best of Breed 5 times (taking the breed over Group Winning Specials), Best Puppy in Group 4 times, 2 Group 3's and a Group 2nd. Her Group placements were over Best in Show winning non-sporting competitors. What made her achievements even "sweeter" is it made her mother Scarlett the first Red Standard Top Producer of their country. Congratulations and thanks to Terry Bernier for handling all 3 (Winston, Chelsea and Michaela) to mark this first-time achievement. |
